Website visits
This public website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers and receives information about your browser, device, page views, and interactions. Your browser contacts Google when Analytics loads. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Analytics opt-out information. You can also manage cookies in your browser.
Our hosting provider processes technical request information needed to serve and protect the website. Website availability checks do not intentionally collect customer inquiry contents.
Email and service requests
The inquiry form opens your email app with a draft. It does not submit the form directly to a Webnomous database. If you send that email, Webnomous and its email provider receive the information you include. We use it to answer your inquiry, agree on work, provide service, and maintain necessary business records. Please do not send card numbers or sensitive identity documents by email.
Payments
Any payment we request uses the payment provider’s hosted checkout. Webnomous does not collect your card details directly on this website. The checkout provider explains its handling of payment information on its own pages. We retain the payment status and records needed to manage the agreed work and meet tax obligations.
Private concepts and business outreach
We may use publicly listed business contact information and relevant authorized business correspondence to prepare a private concept or discuss services. We do not sell business contact records. Concepts use the business’s name and source-described services, with placeholder contacts and an independent, uncommissioned concept notice. They do not collect, send or save real customer inquiries.
Private previews open through a complete Webnomous link without an account or sign-in. Anyone who receives or forwards that full link can view the concept. Keep it private. The browser uses the access key in the link to open encrypted pages and screenshots; the preview does not send that key to our server or use Analytics, cookies or browser storage. Your browser history may retain a visited link. Our hosting provider still processes technical requests needed to serve the encrypted files and viewer.
Reply to ask us to stop contacting you or email will@webnomous.com. We retain a minimal suppression record to avoid contacting you again. If you request removal of your concept, we remove access and the served demo and confirm what was removed. We cannot erase copies already saved by viewers or promise removal from hosting-provider retention systems. Required payment or legal records are handled separately from demo files.
